Confirmed. Production next.
Your buyers still order by email, and your team still copies every order into spreadsheets. Ceramify builds the system that replaces both, and then runs it with you.
Free and remote. You keep the written plan, even if you don't hire us.
The same order two ways. Today: nine days of emails, a spreadsheet with errors and unread WhatsApp messages. With Ceramify: the buyer places it from your catalogue in 12 minutes, the deposit and questions sit on the order, and it is confirmed.
We work with furniture and pottery manufacturers whose buyers are importers, retailers and wholesalers, ordering by the pallet or the container.
Indoor and outdoor ranges in many sizes and finishes, shipped flat packed or assembled.
Hundreds of shapes in dozens of glazes, sold as singles and sets, packed for long journeys.
What we hear in almost every factory we talk to. Each one costs a little time on every order, and some of them cost you the buyer.
Which price list did we send them?
Five versions of the same PDF, and the buyer has the oldest one.
Quotes take three to five daysWas it 40 in black, or 60?
Quantities and finishes change across a dozen replies, and the mistake reaches production.
Wrong goods in the containerDoes it all fit in a 40 foot?
Someone works out volume and weight by hand for every order, again.
Hours of sums per orderHas their deposit come in?
Sales, finance and the warehouse each keep their own spreadsheet, and none of them agree.
Three versions of the truthAny update on our order?
Buyers chase you because they can't see where their order stands.
The same question, every weekWe met them at the fair. Then what?
New contacts sit in a notebook and go cold before anyone follows up.
Buyers you never hear from againMove the sliders to match your factory. Nothing leaves this page.
Your team spends about
on order emails. That is 8 working days every month, or 19 working weeks a year.
Most of it disappears once buyers order from a storefront and every message lives on its order.
Buying from you should be as easy as buying from your biggest competitor. We build the system that makes it so, and we run it with you.
It starts with a storefront, and everything else connects to the real orders that come through it. Your audit decides which parts come first.
A storefront with your range, your prices and minimums per buyer, and live stock. Buyers fill a container and send the order, in any time zone.
Questions, changes and approvals sit on the order they belong to, so nothing gets lost in someone's inbox.
With every order in one place, you see what sells, who buys, and what's still owed, without building a report.
The order is entered once. Invoices, packing lists, stock and the production plan follow from it.
You don't buy software and figure it out alone. Every step happens remotely, so nobody stops work, and we stay on after launch.
Video calls with your sales, production and warehouse teams, and a look through your spreadsheets and email. You get a written plan with scope, price and dates.
1 to 2 weeks, freeWe build the system, move your catalogue and spreadsheets across, and train your team online with guides in their own language.
6 to 12 weeksWe run the system, support your team and your buyers, and keep building what the business needs next. It's one ongoing contract, paid monthly, every six months or yearly.
Ongoing contractYou'll know exactly what would change, what it costs and when it goes live, before you commit to anything.
Book a free auditBecause we don't hand you a login and leave. We build around how your team already works, train each team in their own language, and stay on to fix what gets in their way.
That's what the audit is for. We map how your orders, prices and packing really work, then build to fit that, not the other way round.
The audit is free. Building and launching your system is quoted once, in your plan, before we start. After launch you're on an ongoing contract, paid monthly, every six months or yearly, for running the system, supporting your team and building what comes next.
No. We start with what hurts most and connect to what already works, like your accounting software. Spreadsheets are retired only once the new system has replaced them.
The build takes 6 to 12 weeks after the audit, so most factories are live about two to three months after the first call. Bigger changes, like production tracking, follow in stages.
No. The audit, the build and the training all happen remotely, over video calls and screen sharing.
You do. Your catalogue, buyers, orders and invoices belong to your factory, and you can export them at any time. If you stop working with us, we hand over all of that data in files you can open in Excel. The software itself stays with Ceramify.
They get a link to your catalogue and create an account in a couple of minutes. Buyers who still prefer email can keep using it; your team enters those orders for them.
English and Vietnamese, both for the software and for training your team.
